Carving Pumpkins

We got a big pumpkin for Paisley this year. Before we carved it, we decided to cut a big hole in it and put her inside of it. She just loved it!! She was able to move around without anybody holding on to her. I thought she might cry because it was pretty cold inside of the pumpkin but she was actually really happy :-)

Our saltwater fish tank...

We recently got a new saltwater fish tank for our bedroom. We had a larger saltwater tank a little over a year ago but took it down. While the tank cycles, we can only have damsels and crabs. There are 4 crabs in the tank along with 2 damsels. In about 4-5 weeks we will be able to get some anemones and some better looking fish. We are really enjoying the tank so far. The lights really get Paisley's attention and she loves staring at the little fish darting in and out of the rocks. As we get better stuff for the tank we will post more pictures.

4 Month Photos

Paisley is 4 months today! We had these pictures taken of her in her Halloween costume. There are also some with her cousin Alex. Alex was so sweet when we went to have their photos taken. He had to have his hand around her the whole time. He didn't want the photographer taking her away from him. It was just so cute. I think the photos turned out really well.

Chinook Winds Casino Weekend

On Saturday, my parents went down to Chinook Winds with us and we all stayed the night in a suite at the Chinook Winds Resort. We had a great time! Paisley loved all the bright lights in the casino and Tim swears she was reaching for the slot machines :-) We spent Saturday at the casino and then met up with Tim's grandparents on Sunday for dinner and shopping at the Lincoln City outlet mall. We had so much fun!! The weather was absolutely gorgeous which made the trip all the better. Here are some pictures from our trip.

A big day for Paisley....

Paisley was born with an obstructed tear duct that never drained properly. It constantly watered and was goopy. Today we had it 'probed'. The probing consisted of sticking a flexible probe down her tear duct in the corner of her right eye. The procedure took less than 5 minutes and we were not allowed to be in the room during it. It was the longest 5 minutes ever!! I wasn't sure what kind of a mood she would be in this evening... but she has been really happy! Here are some pictures of her this evening after her big day.

HEY! That's my Daddy!

Our nephew Alex is really into Paisley. He wants to know where she is every second of the day and is very possessive of her. But of course, he can also be very jealous of her. The other day, Tim was holding Paisley on his lap and Alex instantly came over and wanted up on his lap too. As soon as he got up there, Alex started kissing on Uncle Tim and hugging him. As soon as Alex started taking Daddy's attention, Paisley got all concerned and started glaring at Alex. It was so cute to watch the three of them interacting. Here are some priceless photos! So glad the camera was handy ....

Bathtime with Daddy!

Paisley loves baths! We had been giving her baths in her baby tub but have recently been putting her in the tub with one of us. She just loves smiling and kicking her feet in the water. Here are some pics of her in the tub :-)

Sitting up in the Bumbo!

Now that Paisley is 3 months, she is finally able to sit up in the Bumbo. We were really worried the first time we put her in it because it didn't seem like she was strong enough to hold up her upper body. We soon found out that she was more than strong enough for the Bumbo and she is just so cute it in!!
