Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year!! It is amazing how much Paisley has grown and changed in 1 year! She was SOO fun this year at Christmas :-) She opened her gifts all by herself and was excited about what she got (except for the clothes :-)!! We were able to celebrate with all sides of our families which was awesome. We all got lots of nice things but enjoyed our time and memories together the most!

Our Christmas Tree!!!

Today we went and got our Christmas Tree, it was a bright and sunny day but it was extremely cold. We bundled Paisley up in several layers and she must have still been a little chilly because she wanted to be held and snuggled while we were at the tree farm. The best part of the whole day was when Paisley said "Wow Tree" while Daddy was cutting the tree down, it was priceless :-) When we got home we set the tree up and Paisley and her cousins helped put the lights and ornaments on it!!

Playing the Wii!!

Paisley loves to play the Wii!! If Tim or I are playing, we just give her the spare Wii remote and let her act like she is playing. She points it at the TV and swings it around, it is amazing how much she picks up from us even when we aren't necessarily trying to teach her anything :-)

Work at the Beach

Last Tuesday, we headed down to the beach to stay for 5 nights. Tim was in class all day in Seaside during the week and then off on the weekend. We stayed with Tim's friend James (who was also taking classes) at his beach house in Astoria. Paisley loves going to the beach house and she really enjoyed it this time because we brought her shopping cart, so she spent lots of time loading up her cart in the kitchen and showing my mom and I what she was buying. One evening Tim was playing around and picked my dad up and put him on the ground, because my dad can't get up by himself he is NEVER on the ground unless he falls, so Paisley freaked out when she saw him sitting on the ground and she immediately wanted to run over to him and make sure he was okay. She kept hugging him and smiling, it was the sweetest thing!! Overall we had a wonderful time at the beach and Tim's classes went great!!

Trick or Treat!!!!!!

Paisley and her cousins were all sick this year for Halloween. So we decided that instead of going out trick and treating and exposing the babies to more sickness, that we would just stay in and let them trick or treat all of the grown ups :-) They carried their buckets around to each one of us and received candy and treats! After our "trick or treating" we set up a cake walk and each of the babies earned a cupcake :-) It was a really low key, fun Halloween and the babies loved it!!

Loving her M&Ms!!!
