Enjoying the Sunshine!

Despite Paisley's cold and the fact that she is teething, she has really been enjoying the sunshine! We have spent most of the last couple of days outside and she is loving it. Enjoy the photos of her and her cousin, Alex, playing in our yard.

Easter Sunday!!

We have had a wonderful first Easter with our little princess!!! We started off the day with Church service this morning which was wonderful and we had brunch with my mom's side of the family. After that, Pay took her morning nap and then we opened her Easter baskets :-) The Easter bunny brought her lots of Little People (which she loves) and books among other things. Mommy and Daddy got Pay her first bible, which was very special! It is even engraved with her name, but for now we are just giving her the board book bible to 'read' :-) The Easter bunny also visited Paisley from all of her grand parents and great grandparents, she is one lucky little girl and I know she appreciates it very much !!! :-)

The Big Girl Way!

Tim started working with Paisley a couple of weeks ago on how to get off of our bed correctly. Ever since she learned to crawl she had been making us nervous when she is up on our bed. Now when she gets close to the edge of our bed, we tell her "Go off the big girl way" and she turns around and slides off. It is really precious. Here is a video :-)

Paisley has been saying "Mama" and "Dada" for quite awhile now but she never talks when other people are around and she doesn't always do it on demand. Here is a video of her saying Dada and then Mama - although it is not as clear as it usually it. Also at the end of the video you can hear her saying her newest word, "Hi". Sorry that the video is a little blurry.

Paisley's first trip to the Zoo!!

Yesterday we took Paisley to the zoo for the first time. She absolutely loved it! She was so excited to see all the animals. The weather was so nice and all of the animals were out and about. By the end of the trip, Paisley was exhausted and crashed out :-)
