Waldron Family Blog: Beach Trip for Father's Day & Paisley's Birthday

Paisley's birthday was on Father's Day this year which was really special for Tim :-) He loved sharing his first Father's Day with Paisley's first birthday. Tim and I went away with my family to the beach for 2 nights over Father's Day weekend. We stayed at one of Tim's co-worker's beach house and had an awesome time!! We woke up on Father's Day/Paisley's Birthday and ate breakfast out on the deck while watching some raccoons trying to catch fish out of the river that runs behind the beach house. Paisley kept pointing to the raccoons gibbering and saying Kiiiiy (aka Kitty) :-) We then went shopping at the Outlet malls before returning home for Paisley's afternoon nap. After her nap, we took the Father's and Paisley out for a nice dinner out on a Pier over the ocean. It was absolutely gorgeous looking out at the water. After dinner, we went on a drive and saw several deer eating right on the side of the road. We were able to sit there for awhile and let Paisley watch them eat. Everyone had a wonderful time and we are so grateful to have such wonderful friends that allowed us the opportunity to stay at their beach house :-)

Paisley got this baby stroller for her birthday from my parents and it was a HUGE hit at the beach house. She insisted on pushing the stroller around everywhere. She would take out her baby and give her a big kiss and then put the baby back in the stroller and continue pushing her. It was so precious... I know she will be a wonderful big sister some day.
